Policies

As an independent business owner, I work by appointment only. So that I may assist you promptly upon your arrival, please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session. If you do not see me immediately, please take a seat in the lobby, and I will be with you momentarily. At your convenience, you may also wait in your car & text me when you arrive. I will text you back when your session is ready. This will allow you to enjoy the outdoors while you wait for your scheduled appointment time, or sit in the comfort of your car while I prepare for your session.

New Clients

Please arrive at your appointment on time. Please understand that late arrivals will have a shortened session. To ensure that I provide the best experience to all of my clients, do understand that I will have to end the appointment at the scheduled time.

I do require a credit card for scheduling. This card will not be charged outside of your scheduled appointment, or cancellation policy. This information is kept secure.

Please complete your client intake form before you arrive at your scheduled appointment session. Failure to do so will delay your appointment.

Scheduling Policy:

Feel free to book online. If you don’t see a time that works for you, you can call or text me & I will do my best to accommodate your request, or you may check back in the future for a schedule update. I do plan on opening up my schedule as I continue to build my clientele.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

I require a 12-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Appointments that are canceled within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your full-service price to cover the loss of wages. If you can find someone to book in your place, you will not be charged.

If you do not cancel, or reschedule your appointment, and do not show up to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged full price for the service. I understand that things come up, but please be mindful of others, and communicate any changes to your scheduled appointment as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals

Please communicate late arrivals with me. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me, your appointment will be presumed as a No Show. At the time, the cancellation policy will take into effect. I understand that life happens, just communicate with me. If I do not answer the phone, leave a text or voicemail. Gift Certificates & Packages:

Gift certificates and pre-purchased packages are non-refundable and do not expire. They are also transferable.
